What time zone is being used for the Night Owl badge? I claimed a piece of turf at around 8PM local time, which is 12AM GMT and it gave me credit for this. So it's a bit confusing since its not using GMT/UTC or my local time.

Its 3am my time and I just took 2 areas. They didn't count for the night owl badge.

I confirmed.France is 12hr different from my local time and it works when I took area during my local 2pm-5pm ( which is 2am-5am France time)
